Top Ten Reasons NOT to live in California
There has been a Recent Explosion over the last year of TOP 10 Lists, until today i had merely been a spectator until i decided today to rant about why you shouldnt live in California.
10. Tourists
It's not so bad most of the year, and hell sometimes its nice to see that kid from utah who for the first time is looking at micky mouse or the beach. But bob Damn it i really dont think its Immigrants we want to keep out of the country as much as we need to keep tourists out of california. as soon as the calendar Reaches June, when our kids are out of school(not that i have kids), hen we are trying to keep them entertain during the weekends, We get bombed by tourists.
I finally have time off of work and school to go to theme parks with some friends and cant, It doesnt make any sense by then. We pay 60$ to get in. then we stand in line for 7 attractions and wait 45 minutes to 3 hours for the line to shrink. then buy 4$ bottled waters for the wait. Umm loses its purpose. Have to thank tourists for that one along with visiting the beach and getting hit with 5 balls in the first hour
9.Weather
I think people are under the completely wrong impression of california weather. IT seems for the most part its totally unpredictable. The Winter is wet and humid. The summer is absolutely horrible unless you live along the beach. Yesterday we registered i think a high of 109.
8.Wannabe cholo gang members- Oh Man this has to be the worst. Now i have some things to say about actual cholo Gang members because well they stink. But one of the most annoying things to see is the following that they have of young hispanics. I grew up in the suburbs and even in the suburbs we have these little high sock wearing rader fans who want to prove themselves.
Yeah. Ive said Enough.
7.San Andreas Fault-
I think its not as bad as people think it is to live where there are a bunch of earthquakes. But The big one is supposed to come along San Andreas Fault. A lot of people expect it to come within the next 10 years. Some even have come to the conclusion that when the next big one comes...The Area West OF San Andreas Fault will break away from the USA. eep
6)Bros
I dont have much to say about bros. Its A stereotype of course but if you are in fact a Bro than i actually have a respect for you because you spend a lot of time enjoying your life. Now the problem i do see is what comes as a sort of spinoff of the bro. We call it ,The bro hoe.
The Bro hoe is something very special as it can be both Male and Female. It consists of people that follow around the Actual Bro Stereo type. It goes even further to suggest taht all they listen to is kottonmouth kings and drink 24 packs of cheap beer among a lot of friends and pretend to be waisted. Here is an image of a male brohoe.
Look at the sterotype there. Bandana,sideways bro hat. not to mention that i know him personally and is byfar a brohoe.
5)Laker Fans.
I think if you were to look in Websters for the Definission of Bandwagoner.. you would surely find the following image.
I think the last championchip the lakers won the ammount of fans has fallen faster than rain. Its amazing how from 2000 to 2003 every car had 2 laker flags riding on it but if you happenned to ask any person in them to name 5 players for the lakers their answer would be
umm ..ummm.. Kobe..shaq...umm horry...umm I DONT KNOW BUT LAKERS KICK ASS YEAH.
Then in 2006 you ask the same people why their favorite team the lakers sucks so bad and they give you the answer " fuck the lakers , miami baby!"

4)Governator
i think that his Re-election Campain song should be somewhere along the lines of an edited Version of Green Days -Boulevard of Broken Dreams to say Boulevard of Broken Promises. When We recalled Gray Davis out of office we expected something better out of this man. And what did We get? The same shhhh... enough said.
3)Fire Season.
Oh man I think the most annoying thing about california brush Fires has got to be when they figure out why the heck it started. " A young lady has been arrested in connection to the Joshua Tree Fire. Authorities Say she had ben driving all day with Her Air conditioning on full blast when her car overheated and caught fire on the side of the road. As an aftermath 10000 Acres have burned along with a Church and 10 homes. "
Not two years ago my neighborhood became victim to the Grand Prix Fire wich was two fires joining forces. Schools were closed and since i suffer from asthma i couldnt step outside without wearing some sort of protection.
2)traffic ;
oh man.. no matter where it is you are going. Unless it is before nooon you will encounter Stop and Go Traffic.
One of the things I always question is where the flip are all these people going?!
1)Summer-
Most people think that summer is a great thing in California. But not me. I think it is a horrible combination of most of those things above. The tourists Hit us Full force wich means its hard to go anywhere. The heat is unbearable unless u are in water. Little Wannabe Cholo Gang Members are out of jr high school and trying to reek havoc.The Governator is still not doing anything. Fire Season is Coming up quick. Traffic.. oh god nothing worse than stop and go traffic.. with 110 defree weather out.
God i need to get out of California
